Messages on Ko Awatea Screens
If you would like any messages displayed on the scrolling screens in Ko Awatea Centre, please email the room scheduler email@example.com.
Ko Awatea Centre Management reserves the right to edit content and images used. Messages will be displayed at the discretion of the Ko Awatea Centre Management Team.
Ko Awatea Centre is open Monday – Friday from 07:00am to 6:30pm. All users must vacate the centre by 6:30pm.
The Ko Awatea Centre is available for after hours and weekend bookings on request. Please note that for after hours and weekend bookings, minimum numbers and extra costs are involved. If you require Ko Awatea Centre services after hours there is a minimum of two week notice request period required.
Ko Awatea does not provide room configuration setup unless it is a formal booking for a formally quoted event. Room users may reconfigure the room to meet their requirements. At the end of the scheduled time the client is responsible for restoring the room to its original configuration. Layout formats are provided in each room for reference. Any rooms not returned to configuration may incur charges at the discretion of centre management.
Set up / break down time
For onsite staff/student bookings, please be advised that if you require time to set up and break down your meeting room, you must ensure that you book this time as part of your reservation. The Ko Awatea Centre often run back-to-back meetings so you do need to ensure you have enough time to reconfigure your room to your requirements.
Cancellation or variation of numbers
Should you no longer require your meeting room, notification must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org, giving at least 24 hours’ notice.
